That is why all our jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Broken clasps or closures

  • Loose parts caused by production issues

  • Plating defects that are not caused by misuse

  • Structural issues with the piece

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Water, perfume, lotions, or chemicals

  • Scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper storage

  • Misuse or force

  • Loss or theft
