If you are not fully happy with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition

The item must be unused and unworn

The item must be returned in its original packaging

All tags, cards, pouches, or boxes must be included
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded if they have been worn.
Unworn earrings in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 14 days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method, depending on how the order was paid.
