Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. All orders are fulfilled from Dubai.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped via Express delivery within 2 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — enjoy free shipping on all orders over AED 250. Orders below this threshold will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE. Simply select COD at checkout and pay when your order arrives.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, cards, pouches, and boxes included.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once worn. Unworn earrings in original condition may be returned within 14 days.

Warranty
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Yes — all pieces come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
Broken clasps or closures, loose parts from production issues, plating defects not caused by misuse, and structural issues.
What is not covered?
Damage from water, perfume, lotions, or chemicals; scratches or normal wear; accidental damage; improper storage; misuse; or loss and theft.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Where are your pieces made?
Every piece is handmade in Egypt, inspired by ancient Egyptian heritage and crafted in small batches.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals. Store in the original pouch or box when not wearing. Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.
