Our Story

My name is Layla Azzam.

I’m Egyptian, and I spent the first 18 years of my life living away from Egypt. Maybe that is why Egypt always felt so powerful to me.

When I studied Egyptology, I fell in love with the meaning behind every symbol, goddess, queen, and piece of jewelry. Nothing was just beautiful. Everything had a story.

I started Pharaohs Empire to bring that feeling into modern life.

To me, ancient Egypt does not belong only to Egyptians. It belongs to all humanity, because it is one of the earliest stories of who we are.

Every piece we create is handmade in Egypt and inspired by that legacy.
